Our relative was a patient here and received terrible service. All they cared about was the money! After they were discharged, we started hearing accounts of faulty record keeping, falsifying patient records, poorly trained & limited English speaking "care givers," and poor sanitation in the areas that did not contain the "high end, showcase" rooms. We also heard from numerous people in Santa Barbara Mission Terrace & its owner had been sued numerous times and had been spending thousands of dollars in legal fees. Save yourself lots of grief and go elsewhere!
