DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE FOR CARE! The staff is unreachable and unattentive the the needs of the patients that require a higher level of care. Try calling the facility at 4:30pm or on weekends, you will be tranfered around via automated systems. No real person will ever answer the phone. Messages left for doctors and/or nurses are not returned. Doctors are not on site so when a patient encounters a problem the doctors make the diagnosis and order prescription without ever going to the bedside of the patient to access the situation of individual person. I am saddened to have been forced to send my loved one to this facility due to the lack of other sub acute facilities in the area. After being in this facility the overall condition of my loved one DECLINED tremendously. FAMILIES BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY!
