I'm very surprised at the most recent 2012 review. This is a small and quiet facility which our family thought would be good for our mother.
However in 2011 when my mother was there they only had one RN nurse at a time and two CNA's. They were always nice and polite.
They did however over a nine month period change administrators three times and Director of Nursing three times. My mother appeared over sedated and when I told the Director of Nursing she said "that is what we do when someone is making too much noise". The executive staff was very rude and uncaring. It was as though they were armed and annoyed at anyone who asked a question.
