Too bad it's not possible to give zero stars! Staff is NOT friendly at all, during my visit, i didn't hear any staff interaction with residents. Staff seemed irritated by my visit. When my loved one was moved from her wheelchair to the bed, no warning was given, just grabbed and placed into bed! :( During in the admission process, Nursing staff didn't greet my loved one at all. Depressing place and if I any choice I would not have left her there.
