I give ZERO stars to this facility. This is by far the WORST facility EVER! My grandfather was in there two times. The directors promise you the best care but guess what they are not the ones on the floor giving the care. The staff is horrible and stupid. (Not an understatement) The first time my grandfather was there he FELL off the bed and he is handicap. Now tell me how that could happen? He has never fallen off a bed in his 30 years of being in a wheelchair. He was sent to the hospital from this facility because they failed to treat him. The second time, again the directors met with our family and promised us "better" care then last time. Two days in, his dumb nurse couldn't remember if she had given him his medicine so she gave it to him again and overdosed him. He was rushed to the hospital AGAIN! We are NOT going to let him go back. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you want to see your loved one get better do not send him here. Not only with my personal experience, but even when I went to visit, I heard a man complaining to the staff nurse about how poorly they were treating his mother.
