Hi, my name is Will, recently I was in need of physical rehab after spinal surgery, and due to an err in my insurance co, I was not sent to the prestigious rehab that I was expecting,.. rather I was sent home 'alone' unable to care for myself, after 48 hours of being in a pinch, ,disappointed I accepted a bed at (Emerald Gardens)….after the first hour my disappointment faded far from my sight, replaced by the view of A very friendly,organized, and knowledgeable staff…my needs were assessed, and placed into action, with my medication being regulated, my hunger put to rest, A Shower and warm comfortable bed so I would be well rested for the start of my rehab the next morning…like #1, #2, #3 seamlessly taken care of, each of the staff knew their roll, not just in my needs, but the needs of th rest of the patients as well (yes, I do know that to be true) …Over all, while the staff at the prestigious facility remains focused on personal image, so they can charge more for (what I feel is lesser care)….I was very happy receiving the best care available, from very friendly, family orientated staff…..would I recommend it?….YES!….it really is and Emerald Garden!
