My loved one fell on her 5th day at Norwood Pines. She fractured her hip and had surgery. The day after she returned from having her right hip repaired, she returned and fell again, FRACTURING HER OTHER HIP! To make matters worse, the supervisor and DON lied to me--told a different story to the state inspector. I wouldn't let my pitbull stay at this facility!
