My mother was a patient in the College Oak facility during the last months of her life, and recently, a sister received post-surgical rehabilitation there. I visited each of them almost daily. Morning, noon or night, there is always at least one employee cleaning in the hallways. The place is unusually clean. Wandering and confused patients are treated with the utmost respect and gentleness. Nursing staff are cheerful and helpful. Administrative and managerial staff always seem to have time for family questions. Highly recommended.
