Saylor Lane is awesome; believe the government rating of 5/5 - a rare accolade - than the anonymous negative reviews posted here. My older brother is happier here than he was living in his home. Besides being depressed at home, his health began failing: he started having repeated lengthy stays at the hospital, needed oxygen, was bedridden, and we thought the end was near. But Saylor brought him back to health both physically and mentally.
My mother spent her last days at a different institution here and while it was big, sprawling and newer than Saylor, it didn't have the warm convivial family caring atmosphere of this place. Kudos to whoever sets the standard for hiring here, the management and staff are truly the best!
