It seems that patients on a regular basis ,are left to fend for themselves , and seems the staff forgets about people quite often ! This was my experience on the numerous times I have visited my relative . When my complaints were basically ignored , the residents sneered (what else is new ) so it is likely that my experience on more than one but many occasions has made me question the abilities of the staff. And also the inspections may need to be met by outside authorities ! My rating is at one for now, but I will get and give a professional opinion if I see much more.
