Awful!!! Appearances are deceiving. Although the day shift was great and the 2nd shift was okay the night staff was terrible. I guess when no managers and family members are there they just don't care. My mother lasted one night. The day shift management was very apologetic and assured us that the staff would be reprimanded I was concerned there would be retaliation so we chose to bring her home. Her stay was only to be a week or two to have physical therapy every day so we had to give up therapy to only two days per week but well worth knowing she was comfortable and safe. My mother was left in a wet bed for at least 7 hours. When she asked for assistance they just ignored her. The woman in the bed next to her had suffered a stroke and was to be turned in her bed every 2 hous and the night shift never once came in to either turn her or to check on her.
