Don't send your family here. The nurses are rude! I visited my grandma and asked the supervisor if they get my grandma up in a chair during the day. The supervisor said she can't tell me any information because of privacy laws. I think it's just an excuse because she doesn't know about the patient. She could have said, I can ask and let you know once I find out. When I visited again, my grandma had poop all over her. I told the nurse assistant that I will help her change my grandma. The assistant got a wet towel and handed it to me. I said to the nurse assistant, "Are you telling me to clean her?" Then the nurse assistant said, "I do it". So she did but I was there to help her turn and clean my grandma. Also, when I need to ask something from the nurse, she would say, ask the supervisor. Then I have to look all over the place for the supervisor who would also tell me to ask the nurse-in-charge. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
