The facility is fair in appearance, no bad odors. My family member reports the wound care nurses are fabulous. The PT there caused damage requiring my family member to have another surgery. Unbelievable that the licensed therapist did not know contraindications for a diabetic wound. Needs to be educated on offloading devices or check with surgeon for weight bearing restrictions. OVerall, I would say from the appearance and my interaction with staff, it is an average long term care facility. Parking is limited.
