After being informed by my Dad that he needed help using the restroom I walked down the hall to the nurses station to tell them. I was told after waiting for about a minute as the 2 girls were finishing their own conversation about what they had done the night before to go back into the room and push the nurses call button on the bed. I told them I was already informing them of the need but they insisted someone would come if I pushed the button. I did as asked and saw a light go on outside my Dad's room. Feeling extreme urgency after waiting about 10 minutes I found a bottle for my Dad to use as he sat in the wheelchair. After about 20 minutes someone finally came. Quite ridiculous.
