THEY ABUSE PATIENTS INTIMADTE STAFF KITCHEN IS FULL OF RATS AND ROACHES AND THE ADMINISTRATOR ASSAULTED A NURSING ASSISTANT AND WHEN SHE COMPLAINED SHE WAS FIRED.THE DIRECTOR OF NURSESCOVER UP BROKEN BONES AND ABUSE NEVER I REPEAT NEVER PUT YOUR LOVE ONE HERE ITS WORSE THAN THE FORMER BUILDING OAKRIDGE

I believe it they are the worst facility, they don't watch they residents. They leave residents in urine and unattended. The nurses are rude and mistreat the elderly. When it's hot they have no fan running and they give them watered down juice. The administrator was fired and he harassed my family. I believe public health should shut this facility down!
