I was very hesitant in coming to a nursing home. I thought it was going to be similar to a hospital, very depressing. But I was proven wrong; I’m very impressed with the quality of service I have received at Paradise Valley Health Care Center. The therapy team was truly professional, they all worked on me very hard. I can now do things I was unable to do even before my hospital admission. All the staff is warm and loving, you couldn’t find a better place. They also have the best coffee I’ve ever tasted!
If I could recommend an improvement it would be to put air conditioning in the building. Even though I was provided with fans, sometimes I needed a little more in these hot summer days.
