All the staff at Community Extended Care Hospital of Montclair has been very professional, caring and loveable in the care my mother has recieved.
My mother has been given excellant care.
The activities the patients are involve with are very enjoyable and entertaining to the patients. They have started a Healing Garden that the patients are involve in caring for the garden.
The food is good and they get healthy portions.
This place does not have a fancy lobby, patios and etc. but the love and care they show my mother is worth a lot more than the fancy lobby patios and etc.
When my mother had to come to an extended care facility this was the only place we could find a bed avalible. It was not located in an area near where most of the family lived so we took the bed for my mother with the thinking that we could move her later to a place closer to where the family lived. After seeing the care she was getting here we decided that for her care and comfort we would keep her at this facility. My mother has been here over 7 months and we are very happy with the facility and her care.
