Review of The Rehabilitation Centre of Beverly Hills

1 Star User Review

Do not believe what you see on their website. The level of care is absolutely horrendous!! To say they were neglectful is the understatement of the century. The only courteous people were the receptionist and check-in nurse. The rest of the nurses could have cared less about my mother or her health or anyone else there. They repeatedly ignored cries for help from the other patients. They were rude, had bad attitudes, and did nothing to help the poor woman in the bed next to my mother who sat there moaning on the edge of the bed with her entire backside open for the world to see. They never helped my mom, never came to check on her, and only after she asked repeatedly for pain medication did they gave her tylenol -- 4 days after having knee replacement surgery! They blamed it on the doctor and told my mom SHE should call him to get meds. By the time they got their act together late that evening she had had enough. If you love your family member, don't even consider leaving them here.

Yes this is what we saw as well. This is no place to bring anyone.

I still do think the facility is better compare to other facilities around the area. My mother has been there 4 times and during those times, she was given a good care. It is not perfect but they try to do a good job. She was also in another facility near there but we had to leave the same day and was not happy with the care.

My mother as well has been in this facility for a total of 6 hours and she will be leaving tomorrow. The above review is spot on and perhaps too kind. The only person that was AT all helpful was "Jillian", an administrator. Absolutely pathetic! DO NOT be fooled by the name "beverly Hills…" this place belongs in south central!

I know, personally/first hand, that the experience listed above to be true and accurate.

These so-called nurses, care nurses, charge nurses, nurses on call, etc. are busy chatting, eating, talking on cell phones and not caring for their residents.

They are rude, poor attitudes and could care less about the residents in their care.
