I am forever grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to my mother-in-law by the staff at Buena Ventura. She is Hispanic and is very comfortable in this facility because of the bilingual staff and patients. The building is so clean and NEVER has any odor! The care has been fabulous for the two years she has been here. What really topped things off was the beautiful golden retriever named "Sierra" the resident council adopted 6 months ago; my mother-in-law just glows when Sierra is around. Having a dog around makes her feel more at home and content…..Thank You!!
