Horrible place! Beware! They lie to you and take your money. The case managers are horrible and are never on the same page with you. Don't send your loved one there. And if you do be prepared to pay dearly for it. My Dad was discharged in worse condition then when he got there. BTW they said he was fine to go to a board and care when in fact he needed skilled. We rushed him to the hospital last night because he needed SKILLED NURSING! Lake Forest Nursing Center would not be on my list of places to interview. There is a reason why they have so many empty beds! And if they tell you they take medi-cal they are lying!
