Beware of Physical Therapy at Palm Terrace. Money is more important than the patient. If you are on medicare, you are a cash cow. They keep you there as long as possible to soak the system. If you are forced to send a loved one there, watch them like a hawk. Insist on attending EVERY progress meeting and on knowing the goals and expectations beforehand. Bet they will try to squirm out of giving them to you. All they want to say is he/she hasn't met the goals yet and needs more time.
On the good side the nursing staff is great and they have cleaned the place up quite a bit with a remodel. The food? Surprise your loved one with In and Out every once and awhile. Trust me, it will be appreciated.
