What a horrible experience costumer service is bad, I cannot get anybody to tell me why my medicine was not given to on time I was finally told when I complain there is no pain medicine available I found out some staff had stolen the medicine what kind of place is this then the nursing director got yelled at by the big boss (i mean BIG because he is Big not a joke). There is no supervision the nursing personnel don't have a clue what the hec they are doing #%*£¥ that.
