First off, there was hardly any staff around; I had to walk all around to find a nurse or anyone who could help me. Secondly, my father who was supposed to be watched because he had a blood infection which was effecting his brain, ran out the front door onto Central Avenue and tripped and fell right on his face. Then, the staff allowed him to sign himself out; instead of calling his Legal Representative or calling the paramedics to come and help with his injuries!!!! He was bleeding (and on cumadin, a blood thinner) and broke his nose and was swollen and black and blue! They will be sorry for the way my father was treated and not cared for . . . ! I don't even give them one star!
