A surprise visit to my father this past holiday season (December 2011) revealed the true nature of this business. They have been drugging my father to keep him "out of trouble." That is, they drug their patients so that they are vegetables, which translates to less staff care. I am appalled! My family is doing the paper work to get him out of there. Don't trust the manager/director there. She's pretends like she cares. She cares, alright, about how to keep those beds occupied; the more the better for the business, not so much for the patients.
