I felt the facility has made a complete turn around from when my dad was admitted 1 year ago. He was recently admitted a second time. I felt it was completely different then my first experience. I really didn't have any complaint that went unresolved. I was even able to meet the administrator without any problem, she was very compassionate and welcoming to me. I felt reassured my dad was in good hands. I really liked that this time he was in his own room that looked like a studio ! I will say they can work on the food menu a little more, so the food will be as good as the care my dad received.
