Nurses have their backs to the patient alert light board. They do not pay attention to this board. Patients can go for a couple of hours without a lit light being noticed.
Sometimes told by nurses they have to go to bed in the afternoon when they don't want to.
Left in the cafeteria down stairs for hours at a time without bringing them their food.
