Very friendly and caring staff. Warm welcoming interior colors and smelled clean. PT/OT was great. Some very small rooms, very much delayed response time to patient call lights, lost items, and delays in daily personal care. Staff..including supervisors …seemed pushed to their limits. Minimal management help on weekends. Doctor was kind but seeèmed to have his own agenda. Family member discharged with residual issues. Somewhat disappointing….seems lots of important stuff fell through the cracks. Lack of communicarion and system not fluid. Management needs to invest in their employees and train them.
