The staff treats elderly as they have no competency or feeling for their living environment. Staff ignores people that are put in the hall. Staff ignores people that call for attentions. People that voice complaints are subdued and tired the next day. Elderly are told to wait their turn for needs and ignored. Staff converses with each other while doing baths, bed changes, toiletries as if the patient was not present. communications with CNA's to the head nurse is ignored. CNA's take blame for RN's mistakes.
A horrible place for any person with a shred of sanity to convalesce. they are ignored, they are let to sit in their of excitements for prolonged periods over 30 minutes

You must have not spent much time there. The staff and nurses for how many they have to take care of, paper work they have to fill out in there spare moments, working doubles to cover a worked out sick and the most compassion, when ones so close to them, work with day after day watch in there finial moments before passing on. You need to walk in there shoes before you can pass judements.
