The Escondido Care staff are friendly and welcoming!
I observed that the average time to attend to patients (when they use the "red beeper" was 2 minutes. It will benefit the patients if will be shorten to 30 seconds at least.
The patients restrooms smell and some toilets do not flush. These toilets should be CHECKED regularly for the patients' benefit.
The staff in charge of the rehabilitation (patient physical workout) were dedicated in helping patients workout well!
Facility is clean.
