Our daughter has been in four different care facilities since suffering a major heart attack. Two of the facilities were in ICU at two different hospitals plus one rehabilitation facility located in Hillcrest area. Over the last 3 plus months we have had the chance to see how each facility responded to the patient. We have seen some very good people within a facility and some very bad people within a facility. We were apprehensive about another care facility but I can say with honesty that our daughter is getting very good care at Chase. The people at Chase treat patients with dignity. And although there have been some minor issues with our daughters care overall we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The physical therapy and speech therapy providers are working hard to help our daughter regain the ability to talk and walk. The facility is older and you see signs that the facility needs attention but I judge the care as much more important than how fresh the paint is on the walls. If we have a concern the staff are always polite and responsive to our concerns.
