Review of Windsor Manor Rehabilitation Center

The care providers do not wash their hands regularly when dispensing medication or treating patients. When treating wounds, they seem to believe that simply putting on gloves is sufficient. They place bandages and tools, such as scissors, on non-sterile surfaces, touch non-sterile surfaces with gloved hands, and then apply the contaminated bandages and use the contaminated scissors and gloves while dressing open wounds. After treatment, the care provider will take unused, but contaminated dressings back to the cart for use on the next patient. If my loved one gets home from this experience it will be in spite of the care that was received here.
