I understand that Rosewood had received ratings as high as 4 out of 5 stars. Not from my family though! While the staff appears confident, a major error was made. The day my dad was to be discharged, an attendant came in to trim his toenails, (he is a diabetic). The staff member took one look at his feet and covered up his feet saying they were fine. He was complaining of feeling he had a tightness in his chest so I called and asked that he be checked out before discharging. I don't know if he was checked out or not. But they discharged him. He got to his new place and couldn't breathe. He was taken to Mercy San Juan by ambulance and was found to have HUGE SWOLLEN FEET AND LEGS and his heart was beating at 20%. Dad was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and spent a lot of time in the hospital and then was discharged to Carmichael Care for another rehab stay. Would not recommend. Also - VERY NOISY facility.
