Poor quality nurses. My mom has low blood pressure and needs assistance to go to restroom. She pressed the nurse button and nobody came for 20 mins. The next morning happened the same way and she decided to get up herself to go to the restroom. She fell in the restroom and bumped her head. The nurse denied any responsibility and blamed my mom for not waiting. A bunch of low ethic and uneducated nurses!
