I went to visit my grandma at Imperial heights yesterday afternoon 06/23/11 I found her soaking wet and full of poops, the whole place literally smells like toilet with old urine and old poops.I asked a staff to take care of my grandma, the staff took care of her with an attitude. My grandmother's room mate was calling for help, her call light was on for good one hour before one of the nurse pick her head and said let me call your CNA no body showed up until dinner time.Attitude, attitude, attitude including people in the office I used to have a good communication from the old office manager but this new one boyyyyyyyy she is so rude.
