When my loved one was released from a primary hospital her goal was to return to her home. She went to Evergreen where she received excellent care. She had a great room with lots of space and big windows. The nursing staff was knowledgable and efficient while always being polite and considerate. While the patient is their primary concern, they were very kind and accommodating to family and friends as well. The physical therapy and occupational therapy professionals were wonderful. They gave her opportunities to progress at a comfortable rate and were flexible enough to work with her when she was ready.
When the time came, administrative staff helped to coordinate with hospice and made sure her last days were comfortable. Staff was even more attentive, making sure we all had the support we needed. God bless all the wonderful people at Evergreen for their skill and compassion!
