This home is rated the "BEST of BEST for Auburn" . My question is who are they comparing them to? They are constantly leaving patients unattended to wander the halls aimlessly, you can press the call button only to have NO one come in for up to 45 minutes (not even to see if it is an emergency), they are always leaving patients sitting in feces (causing numerous rashes that are not necessary), they don't give medicines as directed by doctors orders, and the cross contamination going on in the bedrooms is off the charts ( if they ever swabbed a bed table, they would probably come up with a new disease, they never clean them). When you need help they all look or run the other way(there are a few, but I can not list them by name, who actually do there job and really do care about their patients and I am forever grateful to them, but to the others they should be ashamed and find another line of work). They also know who they are.
