My father has been there one month. He already has sores from being neglected and not cleaned properly. The facility has a horrible oder. No one seems to care about the patients. It's strictly for warehousing the sick and the elderly. I'm trying to move him to another facility, but haven't been able to find an open bed. This system is so messed up, and the patients are the ones who suffer!

My 86 year old mother has been at Anaheim Healthcare for more than 3 months now, and my family is very pleased with the care and attention being given to her. Staff is friendly, and they are accommodating even with very late evening visitations. I sometimes visit my mother 11p.m. and they would open the door for me.
The previous reviewer with negative comments, I'm sorry about her experience. But all it needs really is for their family to ask the staff, and they give immediate assistance. Cleaning, moving, exercising, giving medications, all of these have been given to my mother.
