My relative received multiple fractures, one from a fall and others from an unknown origin. I witnessed a male staff member kiss my grandmother and told her he loved her which is extremely inappropriate. Frequent UTIs. Every time I visit she is not clean and she has had a few pressure sores. They can't keep a decent administrator there and the CNAs are uneducated and overcompensate when I go there.
I brought up my concerns to the administrator and they were not taken seriously, probably because I don't have POA and they aren't legally required to listen to my concerns.
I deferred the responsibility as my grandmother's primary caregiver to "professionals" because she needed more care than my wife and I could provide. I have been bitterly disappointed at the level of care that she has received there and I am saddened at the quality of life my grandmother now leads.
I have no confidence in this facility and I hope anyone reading this will trust my judgement and look elsewhere for their loved one's care.
