Patient care is not the best. I know of a lady in there who's husband is with her every day. She communicates to the best of her ability that the staff and aides are mentally abusive to her and sometimes rough. Her family filed a complaint against the home and as a result, the patient and family are retaliated on by staff and aides in their own way as to make it where she is not wanted in the home because of the complaint. The family has no money or means to get her into another and better home at this time.
