Review of Lake Hamilton Health and Rehab

Lake Hamilton Health & rehab dont treat their resident right, plenty of skin tears and cnas getting away with abuse. manager shorting check hours and not letting the patients have their rights. Most employees dont use gate belts or use the lifts on patients. Nurses not checking the residents the are diabetic, had one went to the hospital do to that. A resident dont get his teeth clean, dry blood from dry lips. Residents dont get changes offend either. But when state comes the employee hide it all! We need to fix these problems and actullay care for the residents, its our job to do so.
