I witnessed physical, verbal, and mental abuse of the residents. I overheard staff violating HIPAA. The facility was so hot, everyone was sweating and uncomfortable. The staff said the administrator wouldn't allow the air conditioner to be turned on so they wouldn't have a high light bill.
