A Big WOW! I live in Colorado and my mother had a knee replacement and was taken here for physical theropy. Sadly, I was not able to attend to her due to job committments. She complained about the lack of food and being very cold. I made one simple call and spoke to Julie. She went above just being wonderful! She will make sure my mother has more blankets, stop on her way to work and pick her up a few banannas, pretzels and crackers! She also gave me the name and number for flower delivery. I appreciate all the care my mother is receiving in my absence. A Big Thank You!
