The care provided has been great. The administration leaves A LOT to be desired. They are bullies who try to convince you to sign things you have no busiess signing. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING without a clear understanding. When asked what I was signing the person presenting the papers pretended to not know and gave me vague information about things. I refused to sign. I love my family member, but I certainly wasn't going to take personal responsibility for the costs if she didn't pay. Again, the care is great, the administration is full of people ready to decieve you and bully. Know your rights, contact the Area Agency on Aging if necessary for assistance.
