Poor standard of care!!!! The facility smells of urine as soon as you walk in the door. This indicates (obviously) that their residents sit in their own urine for extended periods of time. A relative of mine was there several months ago, we couldn't wait to get her out of this facility. Aides are poorly trained! Lack of proper care probably contibuted to her loosing her leg! Not all was bad however. The PT department was very good and if it wasn't for them, our family member would never have been bathed!
