This facility was amazing. The staff is very nice and respectfull, The food was great, and I enjoyed my 2 week stay so much ,I continued my out patient therapy at G.S. even though there is a facility I could have gone to that was much closer… Full Review

One of the worst snf i ever seen, horrible DON who mistreats residents and her staff members. Being a former employee i witnessed abuse of residents and reported it to the DON and nothing was done about it. Lazy staff members and rude service… Full Review
