East Mesa Healthcare Center does not care for their patients as they should. Besides the front desk and about two aides, the rest of the staff while short handed are still not responsive or thorough enough. The entire staff lack the mercy element required in health care, miss multiple details and lack communication. A simple task such as giving their patients water who can not drink themselves was missed more than once and food was terrible. The facility has wires hanging from ceiling and the bldg is extremely old. I do not recommend such a facility for anyone, especially for dementia patients. The only positive is they have WiFi.
