My mother was in the facility for over six weeks last year and we were very pleased by the quality of care that she received. I have visited relatives in other fancier facilities and would make Mission Palms our top choice for either parent or one of us should the need arise.
Any complaint was quickly attended to. The majority of the staff was top rate; caring, friendly and very kind. Mom received several types of therapy everyday, making her rehabilitation from hip surgery go very smoothly. Her surgeon was very pleased with her level of care.
The family was able to purchase very tasty low cost meals when visiting for the day. Mom was happy with her experience there.
