As an outsider looking in there are numerous violations that have been and/or need to be reported to the ADPH.Medication errors,residents leaving facility,short staffing because they follow state guidelines to the minimum. Workplace bullies,harassment among co-workers,I do hope people will take there time to investigate where their loved one resides and/or where they will be residing.
