What a warm and welcoming place. The customer service was exceptional and the therapy team is excellent. We didn't even know Hanover existed and I must say for such a small place the kindness is over flowing. Thank you Hanover for treating my mom with tender loving care and dignity. Definately one of Birminghams best kept secrets.
