Terrible Care.

My mother was recently at Winchester . She was bed ridden and in need of great care. She did not receive this care.When we checked her in they told me not to bring bathroom supplies. I got them 3 days later. She had no call button because they thought it was a danger for her so she had to scream for help which she got when they were ready.Theyy made her go to the dinning room to eat because she needed help. She was way to sick to get out of bed so should not have had to do this. The last day she was there she could not hold her head up and was deathly sick but they had wheeled her to the dinning room. This was not acceptable. We moved her out that same day. When I went to pick up her things, they told me the people left at 5 so I could not get them. I went back to next day and they said the people who had them left at 4. After explaining that this was the second day I had come for them they managed to find them.
A few days later I toured several other nursing homes for a new location.Winchester 's services ranked way below every other facility we visited. I would only go to Winchester if it was the only facility available.i will live with the memories of their poor care for the rest of my life.
